7 Day Breathwork With Greg Xavier
Guidance to work on your breath and maximise its health benefits!
This 7 day breathwork course will teach you how to take control of your mental, emotional and physical state with simple breathing practices. Each 10 minute session focuses on a particular aspect of breathing, with each day building upon the previous day’s practice.
We breathe in and out roughly 22,000 times per day. As adults, poor posture, tension and stress cause us to breath shallow, short and rapid breaths, which have a stress inducing effect on our body. Breathwork instructor Greg Xavier will guide you each day on how to lengthen your breath, maximise oxygen intake, and induce a calmness in your body and mind. The techniques covered in these sessions are designed for beginners, and should be practiced safely either lying down or seated securely in a chair with arm and back support.
