Course Overview

Welcome to the course on 21 Days To Armour Plated Health and Wellbeing. Drawing on expertise and wisdom from Dr Harry Barry, a Leading Authority in Mental Health and Wellness, this course will help you to increase your resilience and lead a happier and more fulfilled life.

Each lesson contains approximately 5 minutes of highly practical learning that can be easily incorporated into your everyday routine.

For this course we encourage you to keep a self-reflective journal. This will be important to take personal notes of your learning experience, actions, thoughts and breakthroughs as you journey through the course. 

On completion of the course, it will serve as a good reference point to track your progress or a handy tool to dip into for a quick re-alignment should you need it. 

Remember this is your journey so there is no right or wrong way of doing it. Everything that rises to the surface is true for you. If it rises, it needs to be addressed so have the courage to write it down.
